When I rang Lisa I had little hope of ever improving my health because of a disability. After we met I didn’t even think she would take me on. Even after our first session I could see improvements. Now, 14 sessions on, my entire life has improved as well as my physical fitness. She has the ability to gauge your level of fitness and then knows exactly how to improve it. Lisa is a yoga instructor, life coach, and cheerleader all rolled into one. No matter what your fitness level is Lisa will guide you to a better, healthier, happier life.

In December I went for my yearly "health MOT" and was gobsmacked when the doc told me that I was on my way to diabetes and other serious health problems. I kind of knew this as I weighed way more than I should, but it really put the fear of god into me, so I asked Lisa to help me out. The doc had asked to see me in 2 months time and I had my appointment today and I'm pleased to say that I've lost 3 stone and he said he's never seen such an improvement in blood results in such a short space of time. I can't really describe how I feel about this. Lisa has literally changed my life. I feel better, look better, am fitter, healthier, just everything really. She's helped me get my nutrition and food right, given me an exercise regime that is making me fitter, changing my shape, getting rid of the weight, building muscle, has really excellent advice for any situation and really knows about the nitty gritty of what she does. She can explain to me in great detail why I'm doing some exercise, or eating a certain way or whatever. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would - she really is amazing. Some of my mates at work started off this year by taking the mick that I was seeing this woman PT (some of them have male PTs) but they're all eating their words now that I look so different and am so much fitter and healthier! More than one of them has admitted that Lisa seems a much better PT than theirs :-) If you're a bloke and wondering if you should book Lisa, I would recommend that you do it right now!

Like a lot of people, I joined a gym this January.... !! Unfortunately I didn't really have a clue what I was doing, and the PTs there weren't a massive help, so I cancelled that and started looking for a PT who could give me a bit more of a 1:1 experience. I liked the look of Lisa as she has a lot of experience in different areas, so I thought it'd be fun, and I also quite fancied having a go at yoga as well. I've been seeing her for 4 weeks now (2 sessions a week) and I'm really delighted. She's a star :-) She does a personalised programme for you and makes it really fun, and the chances are that whatever you're interested in, she'll have some experience, so I've tried boxing for the first time, Pilates and weights and some yoga! We're also going to have a go at interval training :-) I just think she's an excellent teacher, really fun, obviously knows what she's talking about and am looking forward to our sessions!

I do a lot of walking/hiking and was getting a lot of backache, so I thought I’d give yoga a shot to see if that would help. Lisa came over to chat to me and I was really impressed that she stayed for nearly an hour talking about what I wanted, what sort of thing would suit me, etc. I booked initially for 10 sessions but I’ve enjoyed it so much I really just think I’ll carry on! My back is SO much better, I’m much stronger in the core (and everywhere really!) Lisa just makes the sessions really fun though. She really listens and understands what you want and takes you step by step through things - she always makes you feel like you’re making progress, and you end up working really hard without even noticing. I recommend her to anyone!

I put on a lot of weight after my twins and was really unhappy and down with my body and how I felt about it. Lisa was amazing - she really made me feel like my body could do some great things and was so encouraging and inspiring. I really feel like she not only helped me with the weight loss and getting fit again but also getting my confidence back. She’s also a hoot and we spend the whole hour laughing! She works me really hard but the time flies by and I would so recommend her to anyone x
