Hi, I’m Lisa
I’m a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Martial Arts & Boxing Tutor, Sports Nutritionist and DIY Brain Surgeon (er, one of these isn’t strictly true….!)
I specialise in 1 to 1 and small group sessions wherever you are. I can come to your home, or your work, where I can run group sessions at lunchtimes and after work (please see the packages page for more information). I also have access to various sports spaces.
After many years training in martial arts, I started my career in sports and fitness while at University. I became qualified to teach “exercise to music”, and this, with subsequent qualifications, enabled me to teach aerobics, step, body pump and other high-intensity exercise classes. Over the years, I have added my many other qualifications, meaning that if you want to do it, I can probably teach it! From Tango to Tai Chi, Boxing to Bootcamp, or Pilates to Pumping Iron – tell me where you want to be, and I’ll get you there 🙂

- fitness, flexibility and strength
- specific sports fitness and training
- sports and injury rehab
- nutrition/diet regimes and advice
