My sports background takes in Martial Arts, Pilates, Yoga, Boxing, Dance and gym-class teaching and I’m also a qualified Sports and Exercise Nutritionist, so if you book Personal Training sessions with me, you know you’re getting a comprehensive service – a session might include:

Clients often have a whole range of issues and expectations – from losing weight, pre and post natal fitness, training for a certain sport to very particular physical and medical challenges, so every client has a wholly individual tailor made program!
