As you know, I’m a stickler for good technique- it just saves time (and injury, etc!) in the long run – why waste time doing an exercise badly/not effectively, when you can do do it properly and get the results you want πŸ˜€ Here’s a client who has discovered that, if you do squats properly, they really work…πŸ˜€πŸ…πŸ’ͺ🏻😍
