Hi, I’m Lisa
I’m a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Martial Arts & Boxing Tutor, Sports Nutritionist and Life Coach.
I specialise in 1 to 1 and small group sessions. I have a beautiful studio close to Manchester and Cheshire, where I do most of my work and online sessions, but I also see disabled clients at home or online if that’s easier for them.
After many years training in martial arts, I started my career in sports and fitness while at University. I became qualified to teach “exercise to music”, and this, with subsequent qualifications, enabled me to teach aerobics, step, body pump and other high-intensity exercise classes. Over the years, I have added my many other qualifications, meaning that if you want to do it, I can probably teach it! From Tango to Tai Chi, Boxing to Bootcamp, or Pilates to Pumping Iron – tell me where you want to be, and I’ll get you there 🙂
