I am an experienced and highly qualified Personal Trainer.

My sports and teaching background takes in a number of Martial Arts, Pilates, Yoga, TaiChi & QiGong, Boxing, Dance, Gym-class teaching and PT.

I’m also a qualified Sports and Exercise Nutritionist, so if you book Personal Training sessions with me, you know you’re getting a comprehensive service.

Clients often have a whole range of goals, expectations and fitness levels. From losing weight, pre and post natal fitness, training for a certain sport to very particular physical and medical challenges, every client has a wholly individual program, tailor made for them by me.
