Hi, I’m Lisa
I specialise in 1 to 1 and small group sessions wherever you are. I can come to your home, or your work, where I can run group sessions at lunchtimes and after work (please see the packages page for more information). I also have access to various sports spaces.
I started my career in sports and fitness while still at University, after some years training in martial arts, by becoming qualified to teach “exercise to music” – this, and subsequent qualifications, enabled me to teach aerobics, step, body pump and other high-intensity exercise classes. Over the years, I have added a Personal Trainer qualification, become a certified Sports and Exercise Nutritionist and trained to teach Yoga and Pilates.
I offer yoga and fitness programmes for:
- pre and post pregnancy fitness and wellbeing
- healthy weight loss
- fitness, flexibility and strength
- specific sports fitness and training
- sports and injury rehab
- people with limited mobility
- older person’s fitness
